Qualifications

• Oversee site operations: power, cooling, networking, hardware deployments to aim for 99.999% uptime.
• Lead and develop a team of Data Center Operations Technicians through coaching and performance reviews.
• Streamline hardware lifecycles, incidents, and inventory with standardized processes.
