Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee data center technicians and ensure our AI compute infrastructure runs at peak efficiency. You will co-lead a skilled team, manage critical operations, and implement sustainable solutions across facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to scale our operations in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to data centers and on-call duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or similar critical environments.
• 3+ years managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Operations: manage power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments to ensure uptime.
• Guide Your Team: lead and develop a team of Data Center Operations Technicians.
• Streamline Processes: manage hardware lifecycles, incident resolution, and inventory management.
• Connect Key Players: coordinate between technicians, AI specialists, and external vendors.
• Drive Sustainable Solutions: champion energy-efficient practices and sustainability efforts.
• Measure Success: track uptime, power efficiency, and issue resolution times.
