• Experience with server hardware, cabling, and data center tech lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Operations: manage power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments to ensure uptime for compute systems.
• Guide Your Team: lead and develop a team through training and performance evaluations.
• Streamline Processes: own hardware lifecycles, incident resolution, and inventory management.
• Connect Key Players: coordinate between technicians, AI specialists, and external vendors.
• Drive Sustainable Solutions: champion energy-efficient practices and sustainability.
• Measure Success: track uptime, power efficiency, and issue resolution times.
• Handle Emergencies: lead the team through urgent situations with clear direction.
• Optimize Operations: build and refine ticket workflows and vendor coordination.
• Support Expansion: standardize best practices across sites to align with growth plans.
