Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Data Center Team Lead to oversee on-site operations within a large-scale AI and accelerated computing environment. You will lead Data Center Technicians and Network Technicians, directing deployment, break-fix, and incident activities while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient shift execution.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will drive performance, coordinate resources, and mentor staff to meet customer and operational priorities in a 24x7 setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center operations support experience.
• 2+ years in lead or supervisory capacity within technical operations.
• Strong understanding of hardware diagnostics and deployment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Data Center Technicians and provide operational coordination to Network Technicians.
• Manage shift schedules and assure 24x7 staffing and coverage.
• Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues on shift.
• Coordinate deployment, commissioning, and site expansion activities.
• Oversee incident response, post-incident reviews, and action follow-ups.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain shift records and ensure quality documentation and compliance.
