Job summary

Digital Realty, Inc. seeks a Manager Data Center Operations to oversee 24x7 data center activities, ensure uptime, coordinate with engineering, construction, sales engineering and network teams.

You will manage installation, maintenance, and service delivery for colocation and connectivity, and drive efficiency through SOPs and performance metrics. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and uphold safety and compliance with standards such as SSAE16, SOC2 and ISO 27001 while delivering

Qualifications

• 10 years related facility management experience in data center operations
• Minimum 5 years leading data center operations teams
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of data center operations ensuring 24x7 uptime and 100% SLA compliance
• Supervise construction, installation, testing and commissioning to meet standards
• Manage data center services provisioning including colocation, connectivity and deployments
• Oversee local installation, maintenance and repair of network infrastructure
• Lead safety and security programs and maintain compliance with applicable codes and procedures
• Develop, implement and audit standard operating procedures and maintenance standards
