Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Data Center Technical Operations Engineer for on-site duties in Boardman, OR. You will manage shift technicians, coordinate with vendors, and ensure adherence to established facility practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience with some management exposure.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on critical facility operations.
• Coordinate projects with IT managers to manage capacity and improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Operate routine and emergency services on critical systems (switchgear, generators, UPS, power distribution, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, monitoring).
• Assist in design/build of new facilities and projects to improve efficiency.
• Manage asset and inventory and participate in recruiting efforts.
• Deliver quality service and meet customer demands.
