Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, seeks a Data Center Technical Operations Engineer I in Boardman, OR. You will join the Facility Operations team to support critical infrastructure reliability and plant safety, supervising shift technicians and coordinating with vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or technical degree and relevant experience, with hands-on responsibility for power, cooling, and building monitoring systems, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical (military/trade) degree and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site shift technicians and vendors.
• Establish performance benchmarks and report on operations.
• Coordinate with IT managers to optimize safety and reliability.
• Operate critical systems including switchgear, generators, UPS, cooling, and BMS.
• Oversee asset and inventory management; assist in facility design/build.
