You will monitor electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance on generators, UPSs, PDUs, chillers, and cooling towers to support 99.999% uptime. Qualifications

2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance.
2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment.
Monitor Building Management Systems and Electrical Power Management System.
Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack events within SLAs.
Perform rack installs and decommissioning within SLA.
PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment.
Technical writing to support change management.
On-site support of contractors and vendors to standard practices and local law.
Site shift variations; up to 12-hour shifts and on-call rotations.
