• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical (Military/Trade School) Degree or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site management of shift technicians, senior technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure work follows established practices.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on critical facility operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate projects with IT managers and business leaders to manage capacity and improve safety, performance, and reliability.
• Operate and manage routine and emergency services across critical systems (switchgear, generators, UPS, PDU, chillers, cooling towers, CRACs, building monitoring).
• Support asset/inventory management and assist with recruiting efforts to deliver quality service.
