Switch is seeking a visionary Vice President, Data Center Operations to steer 24/7 facilities performance across multiple campuses. You will drive uptime, safety, regulatory compliance, and strategic investment while leading senior teams and partnering with executive leadership to align operational goals with client expectations.

You will shape capacity planning, implement robust safety standards, and deliver executive-level reporting on risk, budgets, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in critical facilities or data center ops.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or large-scale operations.
• Deep experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
