Switch is seeking a Vice President of Data Center Operations to lead operational performance, reliability, and compliance across our campuses. You will manage 24/7 mission-critical environments, ensuring uptime, safety, and regulatory adherence while reporting to the SVP of Data Center Operations.

You will shape standards, develop leaders, manage budgets, and coordinate with Construction and Engineering for expansions, while maintaining executive risk and performance reporting across regions.

Competenze

• 10+ years in critical facilities, data center operations, or similar high-availability environments.
• 5+ years of senior leadership overseeing multi-site or large-scale operations.
• Deep understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in large facilities.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and infrastructure documentation.

Mansioni

• Lead critical systems operations across assigned campuses or locations.
• Establish and enforce operation standards to maintain uptime.
• Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Drive long- and short-term planning including cost control and capital inputs.
• Develop department structure, roles, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Provide executive-level reporting on performance, risk, and resources.
• Support campus expansion and infrastructure upgrades with other teams.
