Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Mission Critical Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You will help in day-to-day data center operations, reporting to Senior Operations Manager, focusing on maintaining critical loads and ensuring uninterrupted service.

This role is an ideal entry-level opportunity to grow within the company, with exposure to maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and process improvement in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance scheduling is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement operating and maintenance strategies to ensure the continuous availability of all critical systems.
• Review preventative and predictive maintenance programs for critical equipment.
• Implement procedures and maintenance checklists within the site’s CMMS platform.
• Coordinate and inspect services performed by outsourced vendors.
• Manage costs and budgets associated with the infrastructure and associated operations.
• Maintain an environment where diligence in policies and proven processes is quintessential.
• Ensure best practices and standards are adopted and enforced.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key contacts internally and externally.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure the best possible electrical solutions are incorporated in our facilities.
