Job summary

TierPoint is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide high-quality customer service and support internal and external communication in a fast-paced, 24/7 data center environment in Durham, NC. You will be a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to escalate urgent issues to senior staff. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Coordinates meetings between different departments internally as well as external meetings.
• Responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Other duties as assigned.
