You will drive automation, reliability, and cost efficiency across DC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience with a Bachelor’s, 4+ years with a Master’s in infrastructure/DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency in DevOps principles, ITIL processes, and Data Center standards (Uptime).
• Strong understanding of DC operations including power, cooling, and capacity management.
• Experience with enterprise workloads and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Ability to implement telemetry and performance monitoring systems.
• Ability to work On-Call and After-Hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provision, and maintain DC infrastructure to support hardware development/validation and Enterprise Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable infrastructure designs.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation using telemetry, KPIs, and best practices.
• Manage DC infrastructure operations ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive compliance with security and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for on-site support and facility requirements.
• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining efficiency.
• Provide On-Call and After-Hour support as needed.
