BGIS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Data Center Assistant to join the operations team. You will assist with inventories, receiving/shipping, staging, and vendor coordination within the data center, while focusing on accuracy and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic IT knowledge, and strong organizational skills. You will work on-site Monday through Friday with occasional after-hours support as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of IT and computing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular physical inventories of IT equipment in the data center.
• Handle receiving and shipping of IT equipment with proper documentation.
• Manage staging and inventory of incoming/outgoing equipment.
• Escort and assist vendors, ensuring safety and security procedures.
• Provide support to the data center operations team, including moves, adds, and changes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the data center.
• Support other key initiatives as assigned.
• Adhere to all data center security and safety procedures.
