Job summary

astreya is seeking a Data Center New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (DEM) to coordinate network infrastructure deployments from cable start through Production Ready across multiple sites. You will align Design, Engineering, Construction, and Deployment teams, track milestones, and elevate blockers to senior leadership when timelines slip.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data center network infrastructure requirements.
• Experience managing projects with multi-team dependencies and budgets.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive accountability.
• Familiarity with MSPs and field operations in data center environments.
• Experience with AI tools and agentic frameworks for workflow automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment milestones from cable start to Production Ready for multiple sites.
• Lead or co-lead New Build coordination calls with cross-functional teams.
• Provide weekly program updates highlighting risks, milestones, and timelines.
• Serve as the bridge between Construction, Deployment, Connectivity, and supporting teams.
• Escalate blockers and risks to leadership and drive remediation actions.
• Support template standardization and lessons-learned reviews across building types.
