Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Data Center New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (DEM) to coordinate network infrastructure deployment across multiple data center projects from cable start to Production Ready. This role acts as the glue between design, engineering, construction, and deployment teams, ensuring milestones are tracked and dates are solid across all phases.

• Experience managing data center network deployments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑team projects.
• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.
• Travel required: 15–30% to data center campuses.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the New Build Deployment Tracker from Cable Ready to Production Ready (PR).
• Drive weekly New Build coordination calls with cross-functional and internal teams.
• Track dependencies across multiple network layers and schedules.
• Escalate blockers to senior leadership with concrete timelines.
• Mentor DEMs and contribute to process improvements.
