Job summary

Uline is seeking a Network Engineer Team Lead to drive the design, reliability and optimization of our Data Center network infrastructure for North America. You will set technical direction, mentor a high-performing team and support one of the largest ecommerce operations in the U.S.

You will own the Data Center lifecycle, oversee engineers, and evaluate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN and zero-trust access to enhance security and performance while collaborating with IT partners to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar preferred.
• 7+ years of network engineering experience with 2+ years in a team lead role.
• Proficient in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Data Center lifecycle, designing, implementing and optimizing IT networks and cloud environments for reliability.
• Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN and zero-trust access to boost security and performance.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure Data Center network architecture aligns with security and business goals.
