Job summary

Uline is seeking a Network Engineer Team Lead to drive design, reliability and optimization of the Data Center network across North America. You will set technical direction, mentor a high-performing team and support one of the largest ecommerce operations in the U.S.

The role emphasizes owning the Data Center lifecycle, overseeing engineers, and evaluating new technologies to improve security and performance. On-site at Corporate HQ, Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or similar preferred.
• 7+ years of network engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Data Center lifecycle: design, implement and optimize IT networks and cloud environments.
• Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, promoting high performance and collaboration.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like SD-WAN and zero-trust network access to enhance security and performance.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure the Data Center network supports security and business objectives.
