Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Network Engineer Team Lead to drive design, reliability and optimization of the Data Center network across North America. You will set technical direction, mentor a high-performing team, and support one of the largest ecommerce operations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS (preferred).
• 7+ years of network engineering experience, with 2+ years in a team lead or leadership role.
• Proficient in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Hands-on Cisco networking experience.
• CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Data Center lifecycle, by designing, implementing and optimizing IT networks and cloud environments to ensure reliable operations.
• Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as SD-WAN and zero-trust network access to enhance security and performance.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure the Data Center network architecture supports organizational security and business objectives.
