Job summary

Uline is seeking a Network Engineer Team Lead at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI to drive the design, reliability and optimization of the Data Center network across North America. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers and partner with IT teams to align network architecture with security and business goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, advanced routing and switching, SD-WAN, zero-trust concepts and continuous improvement in a fast-growing ecommerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
• 7+ years of network engineering experience, with 2+ years in a team lead or leadership role.
• Proficient in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and monitoring tools.
• CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Data Center lifecycle, designing, implementing and optimizing IT networks and cloud environments.
• Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN and zero-trust networking.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure Data Center network architecture supports security and business objectives.

Minimum Requirements
