Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering Design/Architectural, Operational, and Support experience in large data center networks.
• Juniper and/or other vendor certifications are a strong plus.
• Automation knowledge with XML API, NETCONF or REST API, and gRPC.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center network infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of routing and switching technologies including EVPN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS TE and related protocols.
• Support Juniper products (QFX, MX, EX, SRX); familiarity with JTAC processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide root-cause analysis.
