Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Networking Resident Engineer for an on-site role in Aurora, CO. You will support CTP, MX, EX, and SRX platforms in a large-scale service provider environment, plan deployments, and develop implementation and testing plans in collaboration with a team and the customer.

You will serve as the primary customer contact for operational issues, coordinating with JTAC for resolutions, opening cases, and providing clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Clearance TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• Juniper experience a plus, other vendor certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of a service provider network.
• Consult with the customer and support major projects regarding network changes.
• Assist client engineers in installing new networking deployments.
• Deep understanding of routing and switching technologies used in service providers (Multicast, OSPF, BGP, RSVP, LDP, Pseudo wires, L2VPN, L3VPN, MPLS TE, Routing Policies, MACSEC, IPSEC, GRE).
• Support Juniper products: CTP, MX, EX, SRX.
