Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects, including data hall fit-out and commissioning. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving project delivery.

Travel to project sites is required; a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of MEP supervision experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, including data center projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing
• Proficiency in construction management software and Office tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification and safety protocol familiarity

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects
• Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues
• Monitor project schedule and report progress to management
• Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems
• Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality
• Maintain documentation of field activities and testing
• Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners
