ARCO/Murray is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead data center and advanced manufacturing projects. You will plan and coordinate procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning of critical MEP systems, supervise Mechanical and Electrical trades, and manage schedules and budgets from pre-construction through close-out.

Qualificações

• BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field required.
• 5-7+ years of estimating, procurement, and/or coordination experience with large MEP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of installation, BIM modeling, and commissioning of MEP systems for data center projects.
• Familiarity with Procore, CxAlloy, and BIM 360.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management.
• Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for assigned projects.
• Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent.
• Process Vendor startup and commissioning.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Train and provide guidance to MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details.
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
• Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out.
