ARCO/Murray Power Solutions in Terre Haute, IN, seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead field operations for large data center projects, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating subcontractors and commissioning teams.

The role requires 5–10 years MEP supervision with data center exposure, a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, OSHA familiarity, and a strong ability to lead

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Hold a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
