Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.

The role requires travel to project sites, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 5–10 years of MEP supervision (3+ years on data centers), strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with commissioning and safety

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects.
Proven leadership and communication skills; OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects.
Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues.
Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team.
Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems.
Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality.
Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and testing.
Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners.

Typical base compensation for the Superintendent role is between $90,000.00 - $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compenstatoin based on indivdiual and company.

Requirements

Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
