Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead complex data center construction projects across Texas and nationwide. You will manage all MEP scopes from preconstruction to turnover, with emphasis on electrical distribution and critical power systems.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination across multiple trades, and a willingness to travel to project sites nationwide. Competitive compensation is offered along with a rotational cadence in some projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or Engineering is preferred.
• 2+ years of data center project experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP scopes from preconstruction through turnover.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and risk plans.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve design/construction conflicts.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure installation quality aligns with standards and client expectations.
• Support testing, commissioning, startup and project turnover activities.
• Track performance with metrics and milestones.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to project teams.
