Corevia Search is partnering with a Top 25 ENR General Contractor to recruit a Senior MEP Project Manager for a hyperscale data centre project near Amarillo, Texas. The role will lead MEP delivery from preconstruction and procurement through installation, commissioning and final turnover.

The Senior MEP PM will oversee electrical, mechanical and controls scopes, manage major subcontractors, budgets and schedules, and drive commissioning readiness and punch-list closeout for a major data centre

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP delivery on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage major MEP subcontractors, budgets and schedules.
• Strong commissioning and turnover experience.
• GC or major construction contractor background preferred.
• Engineering or CM background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead MEP delivery across electrical, mechanical and controls scopes.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, trade partners and vendors across schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Oversee critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure through installation, testing and commissioning.
• Lead RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, cost control and schedule coordination.
• Coordinate with GC leadership, design teams, commissioning, project controls and the client.
• Drive commissioning readiness, punch-list closeout and final turnover.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve design, sequencing and field issues.
