Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Sr. MEP Project Manager to lead the project team on mission-critical and data center construction projects. You will drive client relationships, manage budgets and schedules, and guide procurement for long-lead MEP equipment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 10+ years in the field, and willingness to travel. You will supervise engineers and project staff and ensure quality and profitability on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical/Data Center industry.
• Previous experience in the commercial construction industry with a focus on MEP systems is required.
• You must also be able and willing to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team to meet goals, budgets, and highest customer satisfaction.
• Develop contacts and build relationships with potential customers; participate in owner/client presentations.
• Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
• Oversee design development, budget preparation, and development of project schedules.
• Develop procurement strategy and bid documents; manage subcontracts.
• Supervise a team of Project Engineers and Project Managers; onboard new hires.
• Ensure accounts receivable are managed and collected promptly.
• Oversee warranty issues and administrative responsibilities.
