Cumming Group in New Jersey is seeking a Senior MEP Construction Project Manager (Data Center) to lead complex data center projects within our Program & Project Management team. This client-facing role focuses on delivering on time and within budget while coordinating with architecture, engineering, and construction partners.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM or construction management experience, a bachelor’s in a related field, and credentials such as CCM, PMP, or LEED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related field required.
• 8+ years of Project Management, engineering, or construction management experience.
• Experience managing data center or mission critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer and identify opportunities for savings and substitutions.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare project management plan and budget proposals at outset.
• Develop action plans and monitor scope throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Drive permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies.
