Cumming Group in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Senior MEP Construction Project Manager (Data Center) to lead complex data center projects on a client site in New Jersey. You will join our Program & Project Management team and coordinate schedule, scope, and budget while delivering high-quality, mission-critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM/engineering/construction management, a Bachelor's degree, and certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, or LEED.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Experience developing and driving action plans.
• Ability to monitor scope and adjust as needed.
• Ability to prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Knowledge of permitting process and how to meet timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understand how your role supports organizational goals.
