Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes for complex construction projects.
• Oversee preconstruction activities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage MEP subcontractors ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Control budgets and cost for MEP scopes to meet targets.
• Develop and monitor MEP-related project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate BIM activities for clash detection and installation.
• Lead commissioning activities and handoffs to commissioning agents.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, field teams, and trade partners for project success.
