You will drive execution from preconstruction through turnover, aligning design, schedule, budget, safety, and constructability objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing MEP construction on large-scale projects.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with mission-critical/data center construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP, fire protection, and controls coordination across all construction phases.
• Drive constructability reviews, scope development, value engineering, and preconstruction planning.
• Collaborate with teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, installation, commissioning, and turnover.
• Maintain quality, safety, and operational excellence across all phases.
• Build relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Mentor teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
