Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC is seeking a QA/QC - Mechanical specialist to perform quality control inspection and documentation for mechanical systems in a data-center environment. The role emphasizes walking down systems, coordinating with contractors, and enforcing industry standards.

Responsibilities include documenting QA processes, reviewing technical diagrams (P&ID), and ensuring compliance with design and equipment specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Mechanical QA experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Centers, Semiconductor or industrial exp.
• Journeyman experience preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for all aspects of mechanical systems.
• Complete understanding of mechanical systems used in industrial or high-tech environments.
• Must be able to read P&ID diagrams and understand industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, follow up, and final system walk downs.
• Work with contractors to ensure procedures are met.
• Inspect plumbing, HVAC, PVC, and PVDF systems per standards.
• Record and organize QA documentation for the program.
• Complete QA documentation and reports for the project.
• Review with system owner and verify hardware/configurations per design documents.
