Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Mechanical QA/QC Technician to provide quality control of all mechanical and piping systems during the construction of mission-critical data centers. The role supports development of quality policies and ensures standards are met, with 2+ years of data center experience and experience with BMS, cooling infrastructure, EPMS, UPS, and related systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mission critical or large scale commercial projects with HVAC, Controls, Operations, or Mechanical Field Services.
• Experience with ACC, Procore, CxAlloy or similar construction/commissioning software.
• 100% travel.
• Willing to work between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all mechanical QA/QC activities across data center construction projects.
• Oversee quality control processes for mechanical systems including: HVAC systems (CRAH/CRAC units),Chilled water systems,Cooling towers,Pumps and piping systems,Mechanical plant infrastructure,Fire, life, and safety systems.
• Create daily and weekly QA/QC reports that support client turnover and acceptance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation aligns with drawings, specifications, and mission-critical tolerances.
• Utilization of construction / commissioning software such as ACC, Procore, CxAlloy, Etc.
• Review shop drawings and mechanical submittals for conformance.
• Participates in project meetings.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and site-specific safety standards.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and refuse unsafe work.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
