Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Eight years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating mechanical systems within data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for mechanical-related concerns, coordinating with project leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate mechanical systems into project designs.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of test results, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Track costs, monitor expenditures, and manage budgets.
• Review mechanical drawings, specs, and submittals for code compliance.
• Supervise mechanical subcontractors and oversee sequencing of installations.
• Oversee testing, inspections, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate client outage procedures and notify stakeholders of failures.
