Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Commissioning Lead to oversee field execution of mission-critical commissioning for data center projects in the United States. You will ensure MEP systems are designed, installed, tested, and operated in accordance with OPR and industry standards, collaborating with AE teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.

The role requires a BA/BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with eight years of experience, a US driver's license, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with eight years of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning field efforts for data center projects.
• Reviews commissioning designs for OPR compliance.
• Develop commissioning plan and L1-5 procedures.
• Integrate commissioning activities into construction schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and verify system readiness.
• Oversee energization, startups, testing, and IST.
• Prepare commissioning reports and closeout documentation.
