Job summary

Next Level Technician in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Point of Sale Technician to install and manage low voltage cabling in a data center environment. The role offers a contract-to-hire path with weekly pay and benefits, and the chance to grow into a long-term position as you gain hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate has 0–4 years of structured cabling experience, comfort working in active construction sites, and a willingness to learn alongside project leadership.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of commercial structured cabling or low voltage experience.
• Experience pulling CAT5e, CAT6 or similar low voltage cabling.
• Comfortable in an active new construction environment and following direction.

Responsibilities

• Pull and route CAT6 and other low voltage cabling in an active new construction data center.
• Install J-hooks, cable tray, and other cable support systems and pathways.
• Dress, label, and organize cabling according to project standards.
• Assist with racks, cabinets, and MDF/IDF buildouts.
• Follow cable pathways, prints, and project documentation.
• Maintain clean and professional cable management.
• Work safely from ladders and lifts as required.
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures and active construction requirements.
• Work efficiently alongside project leadership and other trades onsite.
