Taleo is seeking a Data Center Logistics Training Coordinator in Cedar Rapids, IA, to design, deliver, and track training for data center operations staff. You will bridge technical SMEs with frontline teams, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.

You will develop curricula for technicians and engineers, coordinate onboarding, and manage instructor-led and e-learning modules, while collaborating with SMEs and product teams to keep content current.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Learning and Development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop course materials, including slide decks, online learning courses, On the Job Training (OJTs), assessments, and SOPs.
  • Support the creation of digital content such as videos and interactive materials for a Learning Management System (LMS).

Job description

The Data Center Logistics Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, organizing, delivering, and tracking training programs that ensure data center operations staff are skilled, certified, and compliant with safety and operational standards. This role bridges the gap between technical subject matter experts and frontline teams by managing the full training lifecycle.


Responsibilities & Tasks

Program Development & Delivery


  • Design, develop, and maintain training curricula for data center technicians, engineers, and operations staff (e.g., electrical, mechanical, networking, safety)

  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding programs specific to data center environments

  • Schedule and facilitate instructor-led training, virtual sessions, hands-on labs, and e-learning modules

Physical Requirements:


  • Walk, squat, and climb for extended periods of time.

  • Valid REAL ID or other federally accepted identification for U.S. travel.

  • Reliable transportation for moving between locations on campus.

  • Ability to work comfortably in a loud, noisy environment.

  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE as required.
