Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily activities across assigned teams.
• Assign work based on priority, SLA, and workload balancing.
• Ensure operational workflows (receiving, inventory, rack delivery, decommissioning) run efficiently.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust assignments during the shift.
• Provide shift-level reporting (recaps, escalation summaries, performance updates).
• Coach and train team productivity, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action in real time.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
