Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous data center experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities across teams and track performance.
• Assign work based on priority, SLA, and workload balancing.
• Manage workflows for receiving, inventory, rack delivery, and decommissioning.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust shift tasks.
• Provide shift-level reporting and performance updates.
• Coach and train team productivity and SLA adherence.
• Address bottlenecks and resolve issues in real time.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure SOP adherence and safe operations.
• Coordinate with transport, tech ops, and inventory control on dependencies.
