Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Data Center Logistics Specialist II. The role focuses on inventory and asset management within a data center and requires leadership to assign workloads and coach team members.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a pay of $30.05 per hour. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in a logistics or supply chain role with supervisory responsibilities, plus experience operating stand-up material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous data center experience desirable.
• Ability to utilize computer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within the facility (Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting).
• Train associates, monitor production, provide feedback, and assist Supervisor to meet customer standards.
• Ensure safe operation of stand-up equipment and adherence to SOPs.
