Job summary

DHL Air (UK) Ltd is seeking a Data Center Logistics Specialist III to coordinate daily activities across assigned teams and drive performance through real-time tracking and reporting, while upholding safety culture in the data center. The role requires a high school diploma and English proficiency, with prior data center experience preferred.

Shifts are Monday–Friday with 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm, and there is emphasis on SOP adherence and effective handoffs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Prior data center experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily activities across assigned teams to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Assign work based on priority, SLA, and workload balancing.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust tasks as needed to meet targets.
• Provide shift-level reporting, including recaps and performance updates.
• Coach and train team members to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures during all shift activities.
