Job summary

DHL Air (UK) Ltd in Wisconsin is seeking a Data Center Logistics Specialist III for a first shift. The role is on-site from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, with a payrate of $35.10 per hour.

The successful candidate will coordinate daily activities across teams, drive execution, and uphold safety culture in the data center. You will monitor performance, assign work based on priority, train staff, and provide shift-level reports while collaborating with transport, tech ops, and inventory control

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Data center experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily activities across assigned teams.
• Drive team execution through daily performance tracking and reporting.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust work assignments during the shift.
• Provide shift-level reporting and performance updates.
• On-the-floor coaching to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure SOP adherence and proper handoffs between shifts or teams.
