Job summary

The role focuses on reducing bottlenecks, improving productivity, and delivering accurate shift reports to leadership and partner teams. Previous data center experience is preferred, with strong communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in a data center is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily activities across assigned teams.
• Assign work based on priority, SLA, and workload balancing.
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust work assignments.
• Provide shift-level reporting and performance updates.
• Coach and train team productivity and accuracy.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
• Ensure SOP adherence and safe operations.
