Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Logistics Manager to support end-to-end logistics across data center construction and operations projects. You will ensure timely material availability, coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and internal teams, and drive cost savings while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will manage OFCI/CFCI assets, warehouse operations, and supplier relations, leading KPI reporting and continuous improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of logistics, supply chain, procurement or materials management experience in construction, data center, or infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong vendor management, financial coordination, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, ordering, tracking, and delivery of materials and equipment (OFCI/CFCI).
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, safety stock, and asset management.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to meet project milestones and site requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, subcontractor POs, RMAs, and large rental/vendor programs.
• Coordinate site logistics with GCs, hyperscale data center clients including mobilization, laydown, material movement, and vendor escorting.
