Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a Leasing Associate/Manager for our data center platform, responsible for originating and executing leasing opportunities with hyperscalers, AI companies, enterprise users and other data center customers. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, build relationships and move deals from engagement to execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hyperscalers, AI companies, enterprise users, brokers and other data center stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities across the company's development pipeline.
Build a pipeline of prospective customers and proactively develop new business.
Analyze market activity, customer requirements and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities.
Participate in industry conferences, meetings and networking opportunities to expand the company's customer and broker network.
Support commercial negotiations and transaction execution.
Contribute to broader market and site strategy where relevant.
