Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Certification: PHR or SHRM-CP Certification a plus
• Experience: Minimum 5 years + experience in Learning and Development, Training Instructional Design, or related role

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Data Center Operations and other technical functions to assess learning and capability needs
• Build strong relationships with managers and subject matter experts to understand business strategy, skill gaps, and evolving learning needs
• Design, develop, and maintain learning programs for technical and operational audiences
• Translate technical procedures, standards, and business processes into practical, effective training materials
• Support onboarding and role-based learning paths; deliver onboarding and recurring training for employees in technical functions
• Create learning assets such as facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessments
• Support leadership and management development programs for frontline supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning experiences as needed
