Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC seeks a Data Center Foreman to oversee daily facility operations, ensuring safe, efficient infrastructure and networking work. You will supervise onsite teams, coordinate schedules, and liaise with project managers to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on guidance for critical infrastructure tasks, and a solid understanding of electrical, cooling, and network systems to maintain uptime and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data center or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, cooling, and network systems.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage technical teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data center safety and uptime.
• Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all phases within labor, material and equipment budgets.
• Provide direction and production goals to crew.
• Complete all daily reports accurately and timely (including crew time cards, production, redlines).
• Identify and report any change in scope to Project Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Monitor productivity and propose corrective actions to meet budgets.
• Understand contractual scope of work and supervise phases of work accordingly.
• Improve personal and supervisory skills through trainings.
• Supervise projects with a zero-incident safety culture.
• Conduct safety training as required by position.
• Filing and maintaining paperwork as needed.
